The Butcher’s Block

The Butchers Block’ is the forefront of our business, however a lot of the work is done behind the scenes at our factory, Cribbin Meats in Rathaghan, Co, Kildare.

The Cribbin family are third generation butchers and Tom Cribbin set up his first butcher shop in 1990 and his first factory in Portlaoise in 1992 and since then has begun to set up the largest chain of butchers shops retailing in Ireland.
