We were delighted to welcome the wonderful celebrity chef and Cork native Clodagh McKenna to Douglas Court last Saturday for a series of cooking demos.  Clodagh started off showing us how to make the perfect pancake in preparation for Pancake Tuesday and then headed to Garden Goodness where she showed us how to prepare two of her signature one pot meals.  A gorgeous, fresh crab and pasta dish and a beef, chocolate chilli which I made that very evening.  Needless to say it was a big hit with all who tasted it.  Finally Clodagh signed copies of her book in Easons much to the delight of her fans.
