About Douglas Court Shopping Centre

Douglas Court Shopping Centre is one of Cork’s premier shopping centers with close to 50 units and 13.55 acres of space including Ai driven parking experience.

Centre is located in a very affluent area of Cork and It was purchased by the O’Leary Family in January 2024

Cork’s Douglas Court shopping centre bought for €21m by local family

The whole strategy for the centre was reinvented and it has been an outstanding success with a fantastic impact on our community and catchment.

Most importantly it has attracted and continues to attract new and extra customers to the Centre as well as new tenants

The Influence of our campaigns and overall strategy for the centre is reflected not only in footfall but also in demographic change in the centre and overall perception of Douglas Court as vibrant and upmarket.

As a result, within a very short space of time we transformed Douglas Court from a centre that was forgotten to the one to watch and we are becoming more and more of a destination, which is reflected in the footfall growth
